The Arbour is an charity with local reach in the East End and big ambitions. The Arbour is seeking an exceptional, target-driven individual with strategic insight. This is an exciting time for The Arbour, which has ambitious plans to extend the reach of its work in line with the business plan that is currently being developed. We are looking to appoint an outstanding candidate with experience of developing and implementing a successful fundraising strategy as well good working knowledge of social media or PR. This is a new role and would be ideal for someone who is a self-starter with passion for exploring unknown territories. You will have a proven track record in raising significant levels of funding and managing existing and new relationships with high net worth individuals, charitable trusts/foundations and at least one of the following: corporate, public sector, legacies, regular individual giving; event fundraising. You will have a passion for community development together with outstanding interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
