Baptism

We are delighted to welcome children and adults into membership of the church with the sacrament of Baptism, sometimes called Christening.  This takes place at the Sunday 10.00am Mass on a mutually agreed date because the whole church community wants to celebrate new members. Before enquiring further please check that you live in the area covered  by our parish, please visit;

              www.achurchnearyou.com

with your postcode to discover your parish.  You should normally approach that parish for Baptism. You or your child could also be Baptised at St Dunstan's if you attended for six months or more and are on the electoral roll. Please understand that we take the sacrament of Baptism seriously and hope to see all of our baptised children enrolled in our Sunday School (Junior Church) and all of our baptised adults become regular attendees.

If you live in our parish and would like to apply for a baptism then please come to Church any Sunday morning for the 10.00am service and afterwards ask for our Parish Clerk; Mrs Sarah Smith, who will be pleased to help you fill in an application form and plan a baptism.
