There is a NATIONAL LOCKDOWN in place and everyone is required by law to STAY AT HOME. There is an exception for visiting a place of worship such as St Dunstan’s. You MUST obey social distancing rules in church or we will have no choice but to close for public worship.  Click here for details.

St Dunstan's Stepney is an ancient place of prayer and witness, and has been at the heart of the community for over a thousand years. It is the mother church of London's East End, and also its oldest, the foundation dating from the 10th Century. Here is to be found an enduring and deep commitment to transcendent worship, effective witness and openness to God's call and mission for the Church.  Today St Dunstan's is a growing, vibrant, friendly and inclusive church.
Her Majesty’s Government have ordered us to close to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, so sadly you can no longer visit St Dunstan’s Church until further notice.
However
Food Bank Still Open
Our Food Bank is still open for donations and withdrawal because it is providing an essential service much in need during this time. Provided our staff remain well we’re open Tuesday 10-4pm l  Wednesday 10-4pm l Thursday 10-4pm l Friday 10-4pm l Saturday 10-3pm
We’re Still Praying
A thousand years of continuous prayer at St Dunstan’s has not stopped and we continue to pray for everyone in our parish, our community and our country. You can join us on-line with live-streamed services and prayers, go to our Facebook Page www.facebook.com/Dunstan952
We’re Still Caring
We’re continuing to check on the vulnerable locally and we’re still coordinating food deliveries by matching volunteers with those who cannot easily go out and shop for themselves. To volunteer or request a food delivery call us on 020 7702 8685 during the hours shown above.
A years experience in our vibrant East London Parish is open for applications, particularly suited to those considering their vocation. We offer a two bedroom flat close to our church and a stipend.  Click here for details.
