Pilgrimage to St Alban’s Cathedral

9.30am      Leave London St Pancras Station (£11.80 Return)

10.00am    Arrive St Albans and walk to procession start

11.00am    Procession to St Alban’s Cathedral

12noon      Festival Eucharist

Preacher: The Most Rev’d Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. The service will be sung by the Abbey Girls Choir.

1.30pm      Lunch at Portland Arms Pub (cost around £10)

You will be asked to choose from a menu and pay in advance

2.30pm      Afternoon free to look around St Alban’s Market

4.00pm      Festival Evensong

Preacher: John Bell of the Iona Community.

This day will involve walking around 2 miles.
